Service Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Pardon The Inspiration (PTI), also listed as PTI, and the Business Owner listed below, collectively referred to as the "Parties." The Courtney The Camp Host Program and The Colt The Contractor Program are owned by Pardon The Inspiration, and both are included under this agreement as PTI.

1. Services Provided: PTI agrees to provide online marketing services to the Business Owner, possibly including but not limited to: webpage creation, AI technology, email marketing campaigns, missed call text back services, voice phone call assistance, website customer service assistance, and online marketing audits. PTI agrees to always act in good faith to enhance the online presence and marketing efforts of the business.

2. Hold Harmless Clause: The Business Owner has final approval authority for all ad content, marketing materials, and email content. Therefore, The Business Owner agrees to hold harmless Pardon The Inspiration (PTI), PTI's owner John Pilgrim, and PTI's employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the marketing services or technology provided under this Agreement.

3. Payment Authorization: The Business Owner authorizes Pardon The Inspiration to automatically charge the credit card on file each month for the amount of the monthly service. The initial payment will be pro-rated for the first month, so all future payments will occur for the full monthly service cost on the 1st day of each month. There is a one-time setup fee of $99 that applies to setting up the services desired by The Business Owner. This setup fee will be charged on the date this agreement is agreed to by both parties.

4. Monthly Service Charges: The monthly service charges will be communicated to the Business Owner and agreed upon before the initiation of services. PTI reserves the right to adjust these charges with a 30-day notice. Services will continue without interuption until a 30 day cancellation request is received by PTI's office or payment for services is not made on time.

5. Cancellation Policy: The Business Owner may cancel the marketing services provided by PTI by providing a written notice of at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date. The cancellation notice must be sent to John Pilgrim at the email address pardontheinspiration@gmail.com. All marketing services will continue until 30 days after notice of cancellation is received or the date of the cancellation request (whichever is later).

6. Confidentiality: Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the term of this Agreement.
